At Stone Code Clothing, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery timelines, and tracking your order.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
No code needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates and delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International shipping coming soon. Sign up for our email list to be notified when we expand.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS / UPS / FedEx).
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation email is sent.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, here's what to do:
- Check your tracking number for the latest update.
- Verify your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.
- Check with neighbors or your building's mailroom.
- If the package still can't be located, contact us at stonecodeclothing@gmail.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us at stonecodeclothing@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can only modify an address before your order has been fulfilled. Once it ships, we're unable to make changes.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, etc.), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping fees may apply.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at stonecodeclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photos of the item and packaging
We'll make it right.
